Quality Inn near Six Flags

i’m sorry to say that this hotel needs a total overhaul. I rented three separate rooms for myself, my mother and my mother-in-law. Upon our arrival we had to ask the front desk to provide us with cleaning supplies in order to clean our bathrooms. The bathrooms were filthy. This is totally unacceptable. my mother-in-law’s room did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom nor does she have a coffee maker or any towels, in my room the refrigerator was broken. They had to bring me a new refrigerator. I’ll tell you this the manager on call that day and the guy at the frontdesk were awesome. I must admit that customer service top notch but today on July 22 around 8 o’clock. I went downstairs to ask for some more towels because housekeeping did not clean my room and the man at the front desk became belligerent and very very aggressive because of my request for the towel’s. I have done a lot of traveling, and I have never confronted an individual quite like this. This man should not be allowed to work in the position which he’s in representing this company. He is a liability!

They should give the cameraman an award for taking some top notch photos for the website. The photos on the website are not an accurate representation of the true condition of the hotel. The hotel, in person, was worse than what the photos showed. Do not get expect a lot from your stay here. The front desk staff, aside from our check in clerk who was great (male hispanic), was subpar. One male caucasian had a very slovenly apprearance and refused to move from his chair while scrolling on his phone. When I asked for sheets for the sofabed, he instructed me to go through the door behind the counter and get it. Another front desk clerk (female african-american) had an attitude from hell. We were misinformed about the water bottles in the fridge and her attitude took off into outerspace! The breakfast was just ok. I mean it's hotel food so I do not expect too much. Our sofabed in our room was dirty and dingy. Hate to know what someone did on it. Not to mention, there were no sheets or pillows in the room for the sofabed. In short, you get what you paid for with this hotel so don't expect much.

Staff mixed up our reservation with another person, removed all of our belongings from our room. Items and cash went missing. Management refused to help or even offer an apology. I would not trust staying here again.
