we went to three different rooms one had bugs,second the light wasn’t working,three has gum on the bed nd refrigerator stinks nd it’s disgusting

Forced to pay cash, overcharged, they stole our debit card and used it, dirty towels folded up on shelf as if they were clean, dirty room, no remote for tv and took 2 hours to provide one that didn’t work, breakfast is advertised and there is no breakfast don’t offer you WiFi, lots of sketchy people hiding in dark places at night as well

The person at the front desk was pleasant , however, the room was a disaster. It had a very strong smoke smell, cigarette burns in several locations on the bedding, as well as multiple tears in the bedding. The light shades are cracked and in bad shape. There was no TV remote. The water pressure is low. Overall the room(s) need a complete refresh.
