Ramada Limited San Antonio Downtown

My wife and I went to Riverwalk for our 15th anniversary. I purchased tickets unknowingly from vacations made easy. Apparently when you Google the river ride thier website pops up on top. I never recieved an emailed ticket so went to the boat ride and was informed we needed to go to Vacations made easy to pick up tickets. When we arrived the rude employees at kiosk said office was closed so they couldn't print tickets. But they were there still trying to scam people. I had to purchase from the boat ride itself and was like night and day with the customer service. I called to get a refund and was only given 47 dollars of the 67 I paid. I was informed I only get 35% of what I paid for a cancelation fee. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

The staff gave me excellent service from the moment I called for help when I was lost trying to get to the hotel and park to the end of my stay when I needed directions to find Hwy 281. I cannot thank enough the valet Moe who was especially helpful when I was 45 minutes late for an appointment. He took my luggage to my room, drove me to my destination and then picked me up when I called later in the evening. The valet supervisor gave me excellent and simple directions on reaching Hwy 281 when leaving the hotel. San Antonio downtown is not an easy city to navigate with a lot of construction and one-way streets so I needed the help (even with Waze on my phone). The Hotel Valencia is a lovely hotel and very welcoming. I recommend it.

Earlier at the locatiom the front desk agent was very rude he wouldn't let me explain that the reservation was made already he threw my id amd my money at me and refused to process my reservation this was an inconvience considering we had been lookin for a room all day worst customer service I ve ever had i wpuld like to make a report complaint on this location and staff. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM IT'S THE WORST PLACE EVER
