The lobby and rooms smell musty. Black mold and roaches in every room. The area looks drug infested and the manager is a scam artist. The photos of this place aren't anything near what it is actually like. I didn't even stay for one night and requested a refund the moment I saw the room. The manager Mr. Patel assured me that he would refund me but has since dodged me and the booking company I used. Took my money and won't answer calls. This place is a huge health code violation and should be closed down permanently. If I could give 0 stars I would because that place is a nightmare. Do not stay here... I wouldn't even if it was free.

My experience at the Travelodge by Wyndham/Ramada by Wyndham in San Antonio was terrible. Upon arrival, the staff insisted they only received payment for one room, even though I had paid for both together. They made me call Booking.com for a refund, despite knowing it was non-refundable, and even tried to get me to pay again, offering only a $5 discount. It was only after I refused that they suddenly ‘found’ my payment. The paperwork they have you sign doesn’t show any clear breakdown of charges, which felt very suspicious. The rooms were okay not the best—dust covered the vents and TV, and there was a dark buildup around the ceiling edges that looked concerning. The shower leaked water everywhere, adding to the discomfort. The area felt unsafe as well, with sketchy people frequently coming and going. They also charge a $60 deposit, which is far more than the $20 deposit at the Motel 6 next door. I strongly recommend finding a different place to stay.

Waste, Dirty, Not worth $10 a night as well. No power socket near desk, dirty washroom, water comes out of shower as if it is rationed, even sprinklers spray more water, no hot water, dirty towels, unclean sheets. Not worth the money. Only good part is about the location, where you few restaurants and shops in 200 mtr distance
