The hotel staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay, which was the only positive aspect of our experience. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable. Both the guest rooms and the pool area were dirty, poorly maintained, and did not reflect the quality advertised. I reserved two rooms, and both were in the same condition, confirming that this was not an isolated issue. Based on my experience, I do not believe this property meets the standards of a hotel rated above two stars. I have included photos of our room below for reference because the pictures this hotel has posted must have been taken when the hotel was first built many years ago. We will not return to this hotel in the future. Please spend your money elsewhere as I wish we would have done.
