Travel Inn San Antonio

I've been here at the Travel Inn for 4 months. There are a few things that need to be attended to at this place. I don't have much to say bad about living here. I'm grateful to have a roof over my head and a bed to lay in and to be able to take a hot shower.

I dont know who is writing nice things about this hotel!, I'm surprised that booking and trivago have this kind of filthy place on their site , no refunds are given no matter what, I can't even explain how horrible the room was, cigarrete smelling, as you enter the room outside you have beer on the floors , cigarretes even syringes that were used by the people there, as you enter everyone is just watching you. I just opened the door to the room and decided I would rather stay at my car with my 3 year old and my mother. I can't believe no inspectors or health services have attend any of the serious matters at this place, it should not be open to the public. the beds were bad, linens(if you can call them that) had cigarrette burns, at the webpage they said it had microwave and fridge wich of course wasnt truth, I didn't take pictures of anything all i wanted was to leave that place. not worth even 30 dll per night, unsafe, unhealthy, horrendus!

This place really needs to be shutdown! Horrible! Don't even stay here as a last resort, pay the extra money for another place, don't stay here. DISGUSTING, DIRTY, SMELLY. Just don't do it! Turn around!
