Very bad service, I arrived late and tired, they asked me for my card and they wrote the PIN wrong, it was blocked. I had previously requested that they send me a taxi, they couldn't even give me a phone number to call. It is known that they leave cards on the desk. Well, it says he didn't have one. In the morning when I vacate, I see that they do have them. Wow, I dare to complain. Since at night he sent me up the stairs to the room. I asked him about the elevator and he didn't answer. Tremendous, I don't know why they are like that. So in the end, they don't have a complaints book and the person who helped me agreed with the person at night, alleging my sarcasm. Terrible, they don't speak their native language. I don't recommend it, unless you want to come dumb and be treated badly.

It is a very old hotel, the bathroom was in terrible condition, they had to give me another room on the third floor that did not have the lights in the bathroom, very poor condition, the bedding was dirty, horrible experience, I will never rent this hotel again, bad experience
