WindWater Magnuson Hotel

The location of this accommodation was not bad, and the room was fairly clean. Although it ends there. The was only beds, tv, small microwave sitting on top a very small refrigerator. No furniture other than that. The towel were dingy and no washcloths to use. The front desk was somewhat untrained. The pool and hot tub were murky. I had room checked and suppose to be refunded the $100 deposit for damages, and then charged additional $420. I can't reach front desk so now have trouble have going through a credit card dispute. Save yourself trouble of booking here unless you want cheap and use cash.

My experience was the most horrible experience you can never imagine arriving at this hotel at the check-in I was greeted by a young man white male he seemed to be really high he was smoking non-stop while trying to take a payment he also tried to have me pay an extra $200 on top of my additional price that I already paid for the room well he was trying to charge my cards there was a young woman there who was training at the time and as well seem to be on something she seemed really movie and jumpy she wasn't taking anything down their credit card machine was not working they had to do everything manually so even at that I was even afraid to give my card information I had to call my bank immediately and let them know so they put my card on hold for the time being I do not recommend this place I got a three-bedroom apartment for the two days stay they had no pots no pants the AC was not working the TV and the main room was not as well working no soap the restroom did not flush the beds were dirty it was just very unsanitary I do not recommend this place whatsoever

Hello, just wanted to inform you on how extremely unsanitary and unprofessional this hotel and staff were with me and my husband and children. I have video proof and pictures if needed. Hoping to save atleast one family from the hassle of dealing with the same situation as us. This was booked through Booking.com and they were so helpful to us. The hotel themselves denied us our total refund and said we would lose the whole 5 days of money we paid for the reservation. Booking.com is refunding the money for us and charging the hotel, since pictures were available off the unlivable conditions.
