DAYS INN AND SUITES - SUGARLAND/HOUSTON/STAFFORD

First of all - I wouldn’t book this place again if my life depended on it. I honestly think I would rather perish. If you gave me the option of dealing with that scary lil clown from the SAW movie series or staying in this hotel again, I’d just much rather play that little clown’s game. I lasted one hour in the room before I didn’t even bother to ask for a refund and just left and booked other accommodations. The entire hotel reeks of smoke. Like other reviews stated there are stains on the sheets and my sheets smelled of blood and mold. There are dead bugs in the hallways and I imagine in some of the rooms. The TV is straight from 1992 and it might be the newest appliciance in the room. I might have a STD now. THE ONLY THING this hotel is plausible for is an episode of Fear Factor, or “I shouldn’t be alive” because I’m relarifelu certain I have asbestos now.

Do not stay here. Very very poorly maintained Days Inn. Entire non-smoking 2nd floor smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Should’ve known when I pulled up on a Saturday night and there were NO cars in lot. I was an idiot and didn’t read reviews before booking. Taylor Swift was in town and everything else was booked. This is the most appalling hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. There wasn’t even a roll of toilet paper in the room (not to mention no toilet paper dispenser on the wall, although I could see where it had been ripped off). There was blood spatter up the wall and up the ceiling in two places in the bathroom. Gross gross gross.

My friend and I had to find a hotel due to water pipes being busted in our home, this hotel was the closest to us so we decided to stay. Well, when we first walked in we were approached by a African American young woman who just stood there and looked at us, didn't even give us a friendly welcome no "HEY HOW ARE YOU GUYS" or nothing! When we finally got our room, we had to switch rooms THREE times. The first room had a fridge in the tub, the second room had bugs flying from wall to wall and the tub and shower curtains were dirty! When I went to just ask for a refund Sandy told me she couldn't give me one because it has to be management judgment which I understand. But not only that she was very rude while talking to me, so we just ended up getting another room. Third room had roaches (I have pics) on the floor, dirty towels, and NO shower curtains! When I woke up to talk to the manager Ashley she basically said I couldn't get a refund because I decided to still stay. I mean where else was I going to go when they couldn't give me my money back and expect me to go stay somewhere else and when I come back the next day THEY STILL WOULDNT HAVE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK which was Sandy words! People do not stay at this place! You'll notice that just from pulling up and only seeing 1 car in the parking lot! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!
