Friendly staff, affordable rates, clean rooms. Everything the traveler needs. Staff was particularly outstanding and supportive, making my stressful visit (my mother was in the hospital) much more bearable. Older building, but well maintained and clean.

I saw their sign stating no pets (despite saying pet friendly on the site where I booked), so I mentioned that I have my service dog. I was told they do not allow pets OR service animals. I told them that is illegal, and they wouldn’t budge. I asked if they could call their manager, they said not at this time of night, repeated that they don’t allow service dogs (to which I again replied that is literally illegal), and told me to call the booking site for a refund. I did that, and also reported to the DOJ for discriminatory practices.

Our first and last time staying here. There was hair in the bathtub, on the towels, baby roaches crawling, the icebox wouldn’t stay cold. And when we tried calling front desk and walking up there, the lady wouldn’t answer for the longest time and was rude and refused to do anything. I wouldn’t stay here for anything definitely not worth it.
