Knights Inn Tyler

So I personally go to this place, to rent a room with a Jacuzzi . So I get back home after renting room grab some candles for a relaxing night in a Jacuzzi watching tv. I turned on the water and there's no water pressure, so I use the ice bucket to help fill up this huge bathtub. I finally get it full enough to turn on jets, after two hours of waiting for it to fill. And all I hear is a slight humm then it goes off, that's it no jets nothing . So I was furious and I go to the front desk and demand a refund, he tells me no but I can give you back deposit, I said I want a refund and he acts like he doesn't understand me , so he gives me30 dollars back "my deposit" and I pack my things and leave , and the next day I see my credit card statement where he charged me 144 dollars and did not take off thirty dollars for deposit he charged me . I wonder how many victims he's ripped off . People who don't think to check there bank statements. Be aware he's a scammer , I'm suing, just for the principal . How rude and worthless . Don't go there they do not deserve our money.

I am a travel nurse in town for 13 weeks. Hospital is less then 10 minutes walking distance. I feel safe here and have not had any issues with loud neighbors or parking. Hotel provides DAILY housekeeping and it’s great to get fresh towels and have garbage taken out. Small kitchenette and full size refrigerator makes things a lot easier!! Staff is very professional and accommodating!!

I stay in a lot of hotels in my years of business. This place is actually very good. The personal that run/own are SUPER FRIENDLY AND VERY ACCOMMODATING. Anytime that there has been any problem they handle in in minutes not hours. Excellent tv air towels and very comfortable king size 4 poster beds. It’s not the newest in Tyler but one of the best kept. I will always stay here when I am in Tyler. I will probably be here for at least one year
