Best Western Chateau Ville Motor Inn

I really appreciate the management and front desk folks at this hotel. I made a mistake on my reservation--totally my fault--and they were very gracious and helpful, finding me accommodations for the night. In addition to the top-notch customer service, the room was clean and modern. It was very roomy, and a great value too. Perfect location, quiet, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and its friendly, welcoming staff.

Run!!!! First room had dirt all over the floor and had a strong marijuana smell throughout room. I requested another room. That one was worse. It had a dead cricket waiting for me at entrance inside the front door. Several flies flying around inside. A live cricket in the tub. A “musty” odor in room. A big gap at front door where bugs can crawl in. I returned to front desk to tell them I was going to stay somewhere else, to cancel my reservation for the 2 nights and requested refund. The young lady at front desk said she couldn’t authorize refund and would have to ask her manager and get back to me. It’s been 5 hours and have not heard back from anyone. I’ll count my losses and move on. Don’t waste your money!

The pictures are very deceiving. I did not realize this was a motel. I travel solo for work and as a woman, I do not feel safe staying at a motel with the door to the room opening to the outside. I had seen a picture somewhere shared that it was a hotel. So, that’s why I booked it. I went ahead and sucked it up and stayed since it was only one night. Upon entertaining the room, I found a cricket under the sink and one in the shower. I thought they were dead, so just left them alone. At 3 am I thought an alarm was going off…nope! It was the cricket in the shower chirping and the sound echoed throughout the entire room. I didn’t sleep well the rest of the night.
