Hot breakfast, refrigerator & freezer worked, staff was courteous and professional, the hotel was relatively quiet, slept well. Staff kept us supplied with toiletries & towels in sufficient quantities.

This was our first time staying at a Quality Inn. We chose this hotel because of the location and the great ratings. As soon as you walk in the hotel smells very clean! The staff was very friendly, especially the housekeepers. We stayed 3 nights, we had a double queen suite. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip.

I booked this because it was cheap and had good reviews. Unfortunately, in my opinion it was a very disappointing space.
The mattress was clean and very new, and even though the sign in the bathroom said that housekeeping would only come every three days, they actually came every day and did a very nice job. The refrigerator in the suite worked. Thus far the praise.
However: The toilet did not have a lid, just a split seat like a gas station bathroom, so there was no way to protect my toiletries from aerosolized flush.
The thermostat on the wall didn't work, and when I called the front desk they said just unplug the wall AC and plug it back in and if the thermostat didn't connect just to use the controls on the unit. That didn't feel very reassuring or professional to me.
All of the light bulbs were either compact, fluorescent or daylight LEDs, so the tone of the light was very greenish and unpleasant.
The room had a little bit of an odd smell when I walked in.
The elevator took an alarming amount of time to open the door a couple times when I used it, and the doorknob on my bathroom door was broken so I wasn't comfortable closing the door all the way lest I get trapped inside.
The hallways were dimly lit.
