Stacey at the front desk was INCREDIBLE!! Her professionalism and compassion helping me deal with an issue is something that has become increasingly rare. I sincerely hope to see her name as a Manager here soon. I’ll be staying again the next time i’m in town for business not only because the rooms are nice and the AC is kickin, but in large part due to the efforts Stacey took on my behalf

Nice play to stay, pool was nice and staff are very friendly. Also, if you have a pet plenty of areas to walk behind hotel. Close to restaurants within walking distance.

Very disappointing stay at Best Western in Waxahachie. Our initial suite was in poor condition; the mattress was so worn we could feel the coils, and the sofa and bench were both stained and dusty. We asked to move rooms the next day but were told none were available. After asking again the following day, we were finally moved to a much better room but only after enduring two extremely uncomfortable nights. I requested a discount for the inconvenience. The owner, Raj Bhakta, initially refused and only offered 10% after I insisted. This was not reasonable given the condition of the room and the terrible mattress. Staff was mixed: Alicia was kind, respectful, and patient, and Stacy was helpful and respectful. However, Grufa was rude, defensive, and dismissive, which made the situation worse.
