Called to ask if I could extend my stay with late check out, throat killing me from the smell and circulation in the room. Courtney at front desk with an attitude said, passed 11, because of you status you will be charged $52. Did not ask about my sore throat or why I needed late check out, just kept repeating because of your statuses you will be charged $52 for every hour. I had Hilton honor agent call and she said she would give me an extra 30 min.

Naomi was welcoming , glamorous, kind and went beyond the call of duty in helping get dressed.

Ashley at the front desk was very poised, professional and diligent as I checked in late night into two 1rst floor rooms the housekeeper forgot rinse the syrup from waffle maker out of sweeper leaving floors sticky in both rooms. However, Pregnant Ashley made it all better with an amazing attitude, humility and kindness. Lastly, DON'T eat the oatmeal. The kitchen staff spike it with loads of unnecessary sugar. THE OATMEAL IS HORRIBLE!
