Front desk clerk not very welcoming Acted like she couldn't be bothered. Pool, jacuzzi and ice machine all broken! Sheer curtains ripped and stained looked gross! Soap dish in shower fell off while taking a shower! Carpets look old and dirty. Has not been updated in year's!

Rude staff, rooms weren't ready. Advertises a pool which is doesn't have, bugs in the rooms.

This place sucked hognuts. The lobby was dirty, there were coffee stains ( I hope) splashed across one of the couches as you walk in. Several large dead beetles and a layer of dust gave the impression that it hadn’t been swept in weeks. The hallways either smelled like chemicals (not the cleaning kind) or freezer burnt expired food. The elevator needs serviced and looks dirty and damaged. Our rooms were un-vacuumed, the couches were covered in crumbs and stains, the tables were covered in dust, and the windows were filthy. One of the two rooms we rented even had duct tape across a massive crack going across the entire window. The rooms were big enough but save yourself the trouble and don’t sleep here. Drive the hour to Amarillo and get yourself somewhere at least halfway decent.
