Best Western Timpanogos Inn

The location is excellent, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly polite and welcoming. Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was very quiet, allowing us to sleep soundly, and all the amenities were great. I would highly recommend this hotel; it truly stands out as a Best Western Premier property.

... you will like this place. It is not up to what one would expect of the Best Western brand, but is down to the expectations one would have of Motel 6.

The customer service at this hotel is by FAR the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my almost 50 years. I dealt with 2 different individuals both of whom were so freaking rude. They were obviously either the owners or they were immediate family of the owner. They did not care about their attitudes with me. My choice loyalty platinum membership was not acknowledged until I asked about it. The ladies response was oh ya here’s a water. No thank you. More or less Her attitude was IDGAF about your membership we own the freaking hotel !!!! They lack of caring understanding or trying to work the situation out in any way was not there. Nether front desk person gave a Flying F.
