Great hospitality and staff. Comfortable

I will not be staying here again.Upon arrival,we were told we could not have the room we reserved because we had our dogs with us (what?)yet they advertise as being pet friendly.Then we get to our room ,and feeling tired from the drive,we were going to take a nap,so I pulled the blankets down,climb into bed,and I could feel what turned out to be dirt and sand in the sheets!when we asked for a clean set of sheets,we were told that we would have to wait until morning,(seriously?)what kind of hotel are they running anyway?And when my mom called to resolve this issue,the woman at the front desk hung up on her.Why are they still open??????THEN when she called back,she was told that they went in our room and checked the sheets,and there was no dirty sheets.This must have been while we were gone to dinner.Horrible business ethic.This place needs to be shut down

We stayed as two people for 3 nights and 2 days. The room was spacious and had everything we needed including microwave and mini-fridge with lots of room in it. There was plenty of storage space if you needed that as well.
