Comfort Suites Moab

The staff could not have been more accommodating, to the point they made breakfast early for us because we were leaving before regular breakfast hours. The selection of the breakfast isn't as varied as some of the larger Choice Hotels but it was good; scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles. Lots of choices of cereal, Danish, bagels, etc. The rooms are nice and clean, although a towel bar would be nice for wet towels. The fireplace was a very nice gathering place for us. Going in January, you don't have a lot of people in there, so it was perfect for us. Our room faced Main Street and we didn't get any noticeable traffic noise. Value was terrific. We plan to stay here again next year. Indoor hot tub is a plus

We picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub. The price was great, too. The suite was large, plenty of room for four of us. The breakfast area is way too small and narrow. Staff was not keeping up with empty items. Great stay otherwise.

Front desk clerk was very unprofessional and arrogant. Argued with me about my choice membership. Trying to tell me that I am not a choice member even though I booked my reservation thru the choice member app. Wouldn’t even look at my reservation confirmation email. Very rude and unfriendly. I will never stay at this hotel again.
