Best Western University Inn

The room was clean and comfortable,and the staff was friendly and helpful as could be. Well-kept grounds with plentiful parking, so just a short walk to the room. Tom's Grille next door was just the icing on the cake. An excellent value compared to other lodging in the area, I'll not hesitate to stay here again.

Gouged the price then no hot water in my room I ran the water for 15 minutes and all it did was get colder!!!! Complained at check out and all they offered was that I didn’t run the hot water long enough!!! All I could offer is more complaints and unhappiness.

We were in the area for a family emergency and this place accepted dogs; we had our service K9 with us. Made the reservation through the front desk and had no problem getting a room for two nights at the spur of the moment. Noted it was right at Thanksgiving. Room was clean and comfortable. HVAC was a little noisy, but I think that's pretty much a given. Breakfast was average and lacked plain tea bags. The only drawback to the room was that the tub floor didn't have any sort of slip protection and there was no grab bar. Motel is far enough off the main highway that road noise was not an issue. Would consider staying there again if in the area.
