Nice place and clean rooms and great amenities.

Staff has a POLICY of knocking on doors at 9am to see if anyone had checked out. Fireplace was toxic and gave us breathing problems. Management unresponsive in addressing the issues.

My husband and I were recently stranded in the Salt Lake City area for 6 days due to a truck break down. This hotel was very accommodating, and all the staff was exceptional. Everything we needed was there, including a laundry facility. I usually dread staying in hotels because of noise (it seems people don't know how to be considerate!) but this property was VERY QUIET! Even with being pretty full. The first couple of nights we had to park our truck with a boat/trailer attached. There is parking area on the side of the street across from the front door of the hotel so we were able to park it. If you are pulling any kind of trailer, or are a semi driver this is a huge plus! There are several fast-food restaurants, a grocery store, and Walgreens within walking distance, which we used! There are plenty of eating places close by if you have a vehicle. The only thing that I noticed that could be improved is the cleanliness of the windows on the building. I give them a pass on this however because it can be quite windy in SLC and if the windows are wet all that dirt/dust will stick to them. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will DEFINATELY choose this hotel.
