Great Friendly Service with Sunny at the desk . The rooms were extremely clean and very quiet . I enjoyed my stay. I’ll be back …

It's okay just for a place to lay your head but honestly I can't really say a lot of positive things about it. There is free parking but it's really tight throughout the perimeter of the building. The innkeepers at the front desk are somewhat different than I have ever experienced at any Motel 6, for instance they charge a $50.00 deposit if you pay cash and they seem somewhat hard to comprehend when you try and discuss any with them. The positive thing is they didn't ask for a credit card hold and they did charge $20.00 for an early check in but as far as the room everything I wanted was there microwave, mini fridge etc. I also liked the round shower stall.

Today was the worst front desk experience I've ever had at Motel 6. The trainee was working solo with no competent person on site. Even when provided with my reservation confirmation on my phone he could not locate the basic information. Could not find the reservation in the computer despite calling management several times and obviously had no familiarity with smart phones. He seemed to expect I'd just give up and leave without a refund of the amount already charged to my card for the non refundable reservation. 20 minutes of torment before the manager found his problem (by phone, not on site)
