SUPER 8 PROVO BYU OREM

Absolutely terrible customer service all around. Due to their website's error, it booked 2 nights for the day I was booking, not for the dates I'd entered. When I called asking them to cancel/refund me for their error, they refused. I spoke with and emailed with 3 different rude and unhelpful people. If that's not enough, read the other reviews about bedbugs, noise, and sketchy vicinity. Steer clear of these people, they're just out for your money.

My children and I stayed at this location while attending a family reunion in the area. We were disappointed by the bedbugs we discovered at the end of our visit and even more so when we brought these hitch hikers home to infest our house. After several $$$ spent on getting rid of them, the old adage is true that you get what you pay for. We will spend more to stay at a better kept facility next time.

The motel has free parking. My check in went quickly. The motel offers free Wi-Fi and a free breakfast. The rooms have inside entries. My room was not perfect, but the accommodations were adequate for my purposes. It was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. My check out went smoothly.
