Comfort Inn Richfield

Asked for towels never came, had to go to the desk for them. room not made up after requesting it be done poor attitude at front desk at night. tv never worked during our entire 4 day stay desk said no maintenance personnel available. plugs in room didn’t work on one wall room was clean and comfortable great pillows. Just a note: Please mention at check in that roomservice is only every three days we stay at hotels all over the United States and out of the country and never have we stayed anywhere where they did not make our room up every day. The breakfast area was great. And the morning staff was absolutely wonderful.

The room(104) smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep. The front desk only offered a bottle of febreze air freshener. The employee at check in never ran my credit card after I handed it to her. They’ve been calling me and pestering me about it but never once did they ask me how my stay or how the room was. I have made an effort with one stop by the front desk in person and a call and a voicemail. Overall It was a terrible experience, but I did like breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.

Terrible hotel. Gone downhill. Bad service, breakfast,room. Everything was disgusting. Pool all dirty and closed. Breakfast area disgusting.
