Nice accommodation but checkin staff seemed to need training. Asked about times and reservations for high tea and was told it was only on Sunday and staff had no idea about times. Walked 20 feet to discover it was taking place all afternoon. At this price point, surprised that the hotel provided no water in the room.

Quick overnight stay! The lobby and grounds are immaculate. It feels like walking into a stately European manor. We stayed on the 19th floor. The room was very clean and well appointed. She loved the wall paper and decor. The finishes were high end (heavy doors, quality furniture, comfortable bed, quality pillows, high water pressure in the shower, two sinks in separate areas of the bathroom). The view was good and there is a slider that opens to a 10-12 inch “balcony.” Fantastic stay for a reasonable price and the staff were outstanding! Will stay again for longer next time we are in SLC.

A lovely Hotel very nice staff and and an amazing swimming pool, rooms large very comfortable and clean. I would’ve given it a five but I had a dry martini in the Gibson bar and it was so small but two sips and it was gone. Such a shame as I was looking forward to it very much especially when you consider it was top dollar
