HGI SALT LAKE CITY AIRPORT

OK for one night. Awfully noisy A/C. Overpriced for the level. The restaurant is okay, however, with very good service.

I understand this is an airport hotel but the doors slam when people are entering and exiting all day and night. No sleep with all this noise. Why can’t hotels figure this out??? Otherwise this hotel is nice and close to the airport for early morning flights. The restaurant had good options and tasty. Plus the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

I’ve patronized this hotel since it opened as it is strategically located where I need to visit in SLC the land of the sacred Jammie’s and weird alcohol laws. It used to be an accommodating respite in a strange city. Since the pandemic the only right spot is the evening bar/restaurant staff. Props to Natalie who has carried Ann’s hospitality forward. The hotel and front desk staffs make me feel like they are doing me a favor when I’m a guest. Great job Natalie!
