Our room was noisy and the walls were thin. Our bathroom heard every shower and toilet flush from upstairs.
Unfortunately, we had an adjoining door to the room next door and could hear every word.
In every hotel, we check for bugs in the bed - there were none. But the sagging mattress needed a good cleaning.
We asked the front desk for suggestions for an informal dinner. They had none. We asked if it was safe to walk and they said yes. We ended up walking through a homeless encampment towards town sidestepping garbage and other filth.
On our return in a week, we had booked a suite but cancelled when we found out that they all face the nearby Interstate almost immediately outside. At least the employees warned us.
We arrived at the airport to find the shuttle. We called the number and got national IHG. They had trouble finding the local number which isn’t listed on the website for this hotel. We finally got transferred to the hotel after several minutes. While IHG doesn’t like listing local numbers, I discovered AI could find it for us.

Terrible customer service. Not accommodating in the least. Breakfast was poor. Very noisy at night being right next to highway.

I picked this place because I wanted to be near the airport to minimize travel time between the airport and the hotel on my flight days. Also reliable hotel chain that was moderately priced.
Pros: nice & clean room, breakfast had plenty of options, quiet, convenient airport shuttle, quick checkout, was able to get bag for dirty laundry from front desk
Cons:
1) The shower head water pressure was too high. I usually hang my towel on the shower rod (should have used the hook to the right of the shower curtain but didn't notice it) so didn't close the shower curtain all the way. During the last shower before checking out, a lot of water must have bounced off me, landed on the floor in the bathroom, and created a big puddle.
2) The wifi instructions were confusing. The wireless network's name didn't match what was provided with my room keys. I was told that was an access code to enter but never needed to enter it.
