Rodeway Inn

Terrible stay. Someone was fighting in the room above us yet the lobby called the police and directed them to my room. I was kicked out of the room 4 hours before check out because while I was outside they decided to let themselves into my room and "check-it" stating they found a "cig" in the window and I had been smoking outside at in the back parking lot the entire time and I don't like to litter so I would put the cig out and keep the butt with me to throw away into the trash can to keep their property and my conscious clear but I did have a bigger butt so I kept it to smoke later on the sink counter. I begged and pleaded I told him that I did not smoke at all ever in the room my companion who had already left to travel back home did not even smoke ciggarettes. this is when he showed me the the window which was obviously a much older and way more worn out cig butt also WTF WAS YOU IN MY ROOM 4 HOURS BEFORE MY CHECK OUT TIME.

Had a family emergency and needed somewhere to stay near the hospital because my son was in the ICU there. Needless to say we were charged multiple 100$ deposits because we ended up having to book the room extra days and they wont refund them. I have called and talked to staff they said it lifted automatically when I checked out but to contact management which they wont give me a number for only an email address which no one responds to. The hotel is a get what you pay for which we understand but never have we been charged multiple deposits but also not helped in any way to fix their mistake. The staff doesnt care and makes it very clear they dont care!

In need of recostrucion outsid and in including, beds, pillows and blankets, continental breckfast at miimum, needs a old fashion make over includding installing a rear fence that looks like a junk. Motle 6 has hignerquality
