Residence Inn Springdale

Room had broken microwave and refrigerator had no ice maker. Walls were stained as were ceilings. Windows were filthy. No one at front desk saturday or Sunday. Refused to give me a credit.

Our flight was canceled and this was one of the options that airline offered. Was a long travel day and Vincent was very nice and helpful checking us in late at night. Room was clean and satisfactory for our quick overnight stay. In the morning Candice was nice and informative about the area.

I can’t recommend this property at all. The hotel is not well maintained, has a very odd odor throughout but most importantly the fire safety system does not work properly. You can hear smoke detector low battery beeps throughout the hotel and when we informed the front desk ours were beeping their solution was to remove it altogether, a flagrant violation of fire safety code.
