Very disappointing experience with this hotel! Booked a room 3 months in advance to as we wanted to be just outside the Zion entrance to shuttle in and out. Arrived at check in time to be advised our room had been flooded and were rebooked for a hotel 25 minutes away in Laverkin. No advance notice, no comped room, just left with the choice to take that or find our own accommodations outside of Springdale as everything else was naturally booked up by then. Others were checking in without issue as I waited for the clerk to speak with a manager, to which they replied it "just happened" to be us that was affected and they were just made aware of this "flooding" making our room no longer available and could not do anything aside from rebooking us out of town . In all our many years of travel I have never left a bad review anywhere, but with this level of neglegant service I just feel others should know while researching where to stay near Zion.

Poor experience. Misrepresented hotel being in the park…when making reservation for wastold repeatedly it was in the park. Very overpriced for what you get. We had no housekeeping over 3 nights stay. A slippery bathtub. Found no one at the front desk several times when I wanted answers. No breakfast for a very expensive hotel. The only positive is the town of Springdale. This town has many other options.

What a fabulous stay! Close to food and shopping, and close to the Park! Diana was friendly and so helpful, full of suggestions and knowledgeable about everything! Our room was spotless with a fridge, and a plenty of coffee! The breakfast was a bag to go, but we had yogurt, apples, bagels and muffins! A very pleasant stay!!
