Arlington's West Mountain Inn

We came with friends in August 2026 for a weekend getaway and to do some biking on local rail trails. Our room, the Daniel Webster suite, was very nice. It had a nice sitting area with gas fireplace and the bedroom was very nice and the bed comfortable. The inn itself was excellent with lots of nice cozy chairs to sit and read, have a drink, or chat with friends. The grounds are lovely. Service was very nice and the staff very pleasant. They were very helpful in finding a place for us to store our bikes so they wouldn't get wet from the overnight rain. The stay came with breakfast which was served in their dining room each morning. Each morning's breakfast started with fresh muffins which were delicious. Food was pretty good but not outstanding and the breakfast service was very slow. Our first morning's breakfast took a long while particularly given we waited the longest for sunny side up eggs on toast. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recomment.

We held our daughters wedding at West Mt Inn this past weekend and it was spectacular. My wife and I are calling it an epic weekend and it was perfect in every way. Mother Nature cooperated and gave us a beautiful New England weekend, which was a gift, but the Inn, Aime and her staff were hugely responsible for making this special weekend so special. Many of our 140 guests told us that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to. The picturesque garden, home of the wedding ceremony, with the mountain backdrop, the exceptional food and drinks, served by a highly engaged and personable staff, all contributed to the entire experience. As someone who grew up in a family catering business, and who has owned and operated my own restaurant, I have a strong appreciation for what it takes to excel in the food/beverage and hospitality industry. West Mountain Inn and Aime excel1!!

We loved the Inn - everything was excellent the staff the grounds the food and the rooms - the hospitality of the staff was so pleasant they made us feel right at home 🏠 and responded to our smallest whim which we appreciated very much whether it was food 🥘 or drink there wasn’t too much that they wouldn’t do to make our stay a time to enjoy and remember!
