COLNIAL MOTEL AND SPA

Dated, dirty the management is both unresponsive and unfriendly. Strongly suggest you pass this by

Very convenient to downtown Brattleboro. We arrived late, but the owner graciously came from his home to check us in. Room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Very nice people.

Thoroughly impressed, considering the nightly price and quality. The rooms are newly renovated and immaculately clean. The property is clean all together as well (the outdoor recreation grass area, walkways & parking lot). As someone who recently fell into a housing crisis due to an aggressive / narcissistic landlord, I feel very comfortable here and safe as well; my wife included, which has been great towards providing a sense of peace of mind, to continue my professional career. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating. I had an issue on the third day I was here, where my booking didn’t go through (on Booking.com) but I was charged for so. The front desk staff member though was very understanding, patient and willing to help. He allowed for us to stay past the checkout time, to figure the issue out and afterwards, he generously offered us a low weekly rate. Considering the rate he offered and my workplace being nearby, I will definitely be taking him up on the offer. The weekly rate he offered us is unheard of nowadays. To the Colonial Motel Staff : hats off, you guys are doing a wonderful job! :)
