DO NOT COME!!!! Place is basically closed down. No one all (except drug addicts) run down, stains on sheets, stinks of cigarettes, definitely drug activity. Pool is closed restaurant closed gym closed. Checked in and left in 30 minutes. No refund.

You are better off sleeping in your car than this place. It’s disgusting and looks like it has not been cleaned for years. Trash everywhere with smell of mold. It’s so filthy that we walked out along with multiple other people during a busy weekend.

I later learned that it's literally a homeless shelter, and now I understand why many homeless refuse to stay at shelters. Doors open, loud TVs playing, dogs barking, trash piled in hallway corners, dim lights, torn curtains and wallpaper, brown stains on the walls. I checked in at 11pm, it was the summer and hot, my room had no air conditioning, and the windows wouldn't open. I was afraid to complain and possibly be shown something worse. The hotel has a confusing layout, and walking around at night once was scary enough. This hotel used to be a pleasant Holiday Inn that I stayed at a decade ago - it is nothing like that anymore, and management has stolen the reviews and reputation of the hotel it used to be. It is a fraud that this hotel is 3 stars on any website anywhere, as if it were equivalent to any mid-tier branded hotel. The site should be condemned.
