Great localized place. Right where I need to be. Very good price! NOT really fancy but has what one needs for a good price in a nice central location.

I admit I was a bit concerned having read some of the awful reviews but we were very pleased with our room. I walk with a cane and have trouble with stairs but the staff was amazing. They gave us o room that was up just six steps. The room was clean beds comfortable. Yes the bathroom was small but clean lots of hot water and good water pressure. The location was exceptional just 10 minutes to the waterfront and downtown Burlington. Several restaurants within 5 minutes. Not a fancy chain hotel but very affordable because it was smaller, older and a bit outdated. Add another $$ for a better breakfast but grab and go worked for us. Coffee was good and available all day.we stayed two nights and would definitely recommend and would stay again. Parking was perfect no issues with noise We saw none of the issues stated in . some of the bad reviews .
