Automatic 1 star review for any hotel that still, 6 years after the pandemic, refuses to service its rooms on a daily basis. The room was unclean with dust caked on top of the light fixtures and in the corners and this is typical for hotels that don’t provide daily cleaning. Housekeeping is clearly over worked. I was also surprised that they allowed us to book 5 people in a room that should have allowed no more than 3. Smallest hotel room I have EVER stayed in outside of Manhattan and Chicago and honey, Vermont is not manhattan. There is no reason these hotel rooms need to be so comically small and their booking system should not have allowed my family of 5 to stay there. There was not even as much as a chair or loveseat in the room. My poor teenager had to sleep on a BENCH. But, you know, the hotel has trendy aesthetics and a cute little coffee bar by the elevator. If you are on a solo or couples trip then I’m sure this hotel is fine if you’re willing to accept the lack of cleanliness — location is good. But stay away if you are traveling as a family. Way too small and cramped even if you only have 1 or 2 kids.

We loved the hotel. The room was comfortable and the coffee/ tea/ water/ fruit facilities on each floor were appreciated. We had dinner, breakfast and drinks on site and all reasonably priced. Seemed to be a lot of business travellers using the hotel and restaurant. We also used the complimentary bikes. The reception staff were super helpful. I would recommend to those visiting Burlington.

What a perfect experience! Staff is great, the atmosphere is really beautiful. I was amazed that there were five group meetings going on and it still felt as though I was in a small intimate boutique hotel. Fabulous coffee available 24/7 with REAL MILK and real milk choices! Great decor, great hot water pressure, great shampoo & conditioner. Nice location. We traveled with a dog and nice little park with grass across the street. Really comfortable bed, too! Restaurant is great. Bathtub is fabulous--so often these days it's only showers.
