Innsbruck Inn at Stowe

Such a wonderful stay, I wish we had 2 or 3 nights to enjoy the area! Staff was wonderful, room was cute and we loved the afternoon tea! The hot tubs were so wonderful. Cannot wait to come back!

I stayed here the night I got engaged! It was so fun. It was close to downtown so we were able to uber. The hotel was really cozy. It was a great way to end such an amazing day! -Sean Dilley

We stayed 5 nights in room 26 which was a superior king room with a fireplace, but also part of a 2 bdr suite, but they close it off and rent separately at times i suppose.I booked direct on their website,it stated on website that all accommodations have outside seating, well this room due to being part of a suite didn't have no outside entrance and seating, mentioned it to front desk staff, we were offered another room for next day ,but refused and stayed in 26, still false advertisement on website that All rooms have outside seating area, they did bring chairs the next day and placed by windows. The next thing ,the step in shower had a bad leak on bottom at threshold,we had to put towels down every day to soak the puddles up,mentioned it to staff ,she told us it was brought to their attention from previous guest and parts were ordered,so why wasn't it fixed before room was rented again ?? Looked like an easy fix with some fresh quick set caulking, also a Safety hazard, easily we could've slipped. Next thing was one of the sinks was clogged, the first time they tried to fix it,did not work, finally the second time they got it fixed. Then one day we came back around 2 pm our door was left wide open I guess from cleaning staff, everyone could've walked in our room,my husband went down to front desk, manager said he was going up to check rooms, but hasn't gotten to it yet, real nice to leave rooms which are occupied wide open with people's belongings in it. Considering all the problems we had, it is still a nice Inn ,Room was roomy and bed was comfy, very clean. Ourside property was nice, huge pool, seating by creek, hot tubs, pickle ball court. Breakfast was good, except we had to wait for eggs some days. Staff was friendly, but could've done better.
