Comfort Inn Alexandria

Hotel was under construction and had a plumbing issue next door to me in 409 and I placed my bags with my clothes next to the bathroom shower wall and everything at the bottom of my bags got wet...!

This was a great stay for us. Check in was good and friendly. Hotel is being renovated, which is great, and it did not interfere with our stay. Room was clean and quite. Breakfast is standard served from 6-9. Fitness center on first floor, could use a bit of updating, but has a treadmill, elliptical & weight machine. Would stay here again.

This place is so ratchet. The former general manager retired in 2022 and since I started going in 2024 the conditions, service, and overall experience has completely changed. I’ll just leave the photos here And y’all can go over to Google for my full review and their chat gpt (except the fun part when they went off script) reply from ‘management’ and read the other review in which they leave their chat gpt prompt and reply and oddly that person was also a guest who had a gripe about how unfortunate this place is in regards to accommodating guests who are seeing-impaired. Stay away no matter what but like esp if you struggle with pet related allergies or if you’re legally blind or otherwise seeing impaired
