ECONO LODGE AMELIA COURT HOUSE

I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Got stuck out in the snow storm and had nothing with me. One night was already $95. When I asked for an extra pillow I was told to stop coming downstairs and bothering them. She said if I forgot my key card for the room I would have to sleep in my car or stand in the hallway. The lady would glare at you through the window whenever you went outside and it did not feel welcoming. The room wasn’t even clean. When I hit the bed dust came off and there was hair on the sink and mold in the shower. No purchasable food and the microwave didn’t work. The door to my room didn’t even lock I had to use the latch lock

OMG, I cannot beleive that Hotels.com gave this pit a good recommendation, now trying to get my $500 back. Walking into the lobby is like going into the jailhouse, cameras, desk to ceiling protective plexiglass shield and dirty, really dirty. I was shocked. I have stayed in hostels in SEA that are better, and the smell of weed was just too much. Unfortunately it is the only place to stay within 16 miles, don’t just go down the highway and deal with the drive.

As soon as entering our room you could smell mold. Upon looking around the hotel room the air window unit was covered in mold. The room also was lacking a fridge. Took pics took some the management and asked for refund and the lady behind the desk said she couldn’t get in touch with her manager so she couldn’t give us a refund. Not worth the money at all.
