Crystal City Courtyard by Marriott Reagan National

Good location with airport shuttle( had to wait a little to long in my opinion to get picked up at DCA on arrival. For how close it is ,it should run it's loop more frequently) Close to Metro station for visit to Arlington Cemetery, or into D.C. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Small onsite bar/ restaurant a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee and something to eat. AM or PM Room was clean and comfortable, not botherd by noise like other commenters. Lobby can get crowded.

Great place. I would stay there again. I spent one night while in transit. I arrived late but it looked like a good property. I got a great rate.

Not good. Poor customer service all around for people of color visiting the city. Not a business to support. Disappointing experience.
