I can’t figure out why this motel is rated so low. True, it’s not brand new but….it’s clean, everything worked, there’s a fridge in the room and a microwave, a work desk…there are USB plugs available...

Room very dirty including comforter on bed. Rack in closet not fastened to wall one end completely loose. Pillows very uncomfortable. Towels too small and rough. Very noisy all through the night...
