Chincoteague Inn

The staff was great, they even let us back into our room when we clumsily let the door shut on us with the key cards still inside, serious 10/10 on the staff side. I knock points off because the beds were... uncomfortable at best. We woke up with back pain, kiddo barely got any sleep either. The TV's are smart TV's with basic cable but they're not hooked up to the network so no Netflix, Hulu, etc. Overall, I can't recommend the Chinccoteague inn, not due to poor staff but the comfort that leaves quite a lot to be desired.

Wonderful motel with an excellent location. We had a beautiful, clean, quiet room on the second floor. Ramya at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She gave my friend and me excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast, and seemed to really care about us having a good Chincoteague experience. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning, but that was not Ramya's fault.

The place is not nice the owner is rude and the breakfast is not good at all. They claim the navy stays there and other guest said they will get a wonderful treatment but as for the rest of the quests not so much! The owner is rude and very unprofessional.
