DAYS INN CHRISTIANSBURG

I honestly think you'd be better off elsewhere... This place is infested with cockroaches, the AC almost caught on fire, the walls have holes in them, and NO housekeeping is available. The maintenance person doesn't do his job and the room I got smelled like fish, cigarettes, and wet dog, I don;t recommend at all. Especially if you have kids...

They are demo-ing a bunch of rooms, so maybe it will be better in the future, but currently the only attractive part of this place is potential for a good rate. Rooms are small. Bathrooms have mildew and were dirty behind the door. Hot water handle was broken. Breakfast was packaged muffins and juice/coffee. Exterior is old. Staff tries hard. Had multiple problems with key card.

So, my family and I went to stay in Christiansburg at this hotel, and let me tell you, the room we got was roach infested, the water was always off for 6-8 hours maximum, and they waited until early in the morning to work on the rooms on the other side from us while we were still asleep. Our room smelled like a wet dog and cigarettes, our sink was falling out, and cockroaches were falling out the inside of our refrigerator. One morning at 2 A.M. in the morning, my mom woke up to the smell of smoke, and our air conditioner almost caught fire. Everybody at the hotel was always smoking weed and making lots of noise, and the management there was absolutely terrible. They were also kicking the people with small babies, or pregnant women out of the hotel and don't rent to Asians. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!
