Fairfield Inn by Marriott Christiansburg

Very low quality hotel. Tv did not work. First place I’ve stayed at in a long time that had a bathtub. Bathroom really needs a remodel. The also forgot to stock the bathroom. AC is not keeping up. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed and we are Marriott members.

We would willingly stay at this hotel again. Although it looked like they might be in the middle of a remodel, the hotel was still clean. Loved the size of the room. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was very good. It had spinach quiche and French vanilla creamer, which differentiated it from the average hotel breakfast.

I just stayed 2-nights at the Fairfield Inn & Suites and had a wonderful experience. The gentleman upon arrival was able to check me in early which was greatly appreciated after traveling from Los Angeles. He provided great customer service and acknowledged my Bonvoy elite status. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was amazing and very delicious. I wouldn't hesitate coming back to stay here again.
