Holiday Inn Express Covington

The hotel was confortable, and incredibly clean, the room was well supplied and quiet and we would stay again without hesitation.

Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room, but no hot water. Contacted the front desk on different occasions over 3 days. Each time the hot water was turned on, but not in time to travel or go out. Contacted the management by email, and basically got lip service. Overall not impressed.

Horrible service. Won’t allow door dash to bring the food to your room which is what you pay them to do.. management needs to change this idiotic rule. Until then I will rate this place a zero.
