Capitol Skyline Hotel

Apart from the fact that you get to park in the garage until 6pm on the day of checkout (a huge parking savings!), it's the friendliest hotel I've been to in ages. Everyone seems happy, and happy to help. They really do bend over backwards. This is going to be my go-to hotel in DC.

We visited just before COVID Shutdown and they were very well prepared. They helped a lot on travel back to Germany. We went from here by the Hotel Shuttle to the center to be able to visit all the open locations. Thanks a lot again

In January, I booked this hotel for a trip to DC in September. Now, there are travel restrictions for people coming from CA to DC and I have to cancel this trip. The hotel refuses to refund my money. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. I sat on the line for 40 minutes with a ringing telephone, which no one answered. When I finally got to an answering machine, I left a message 3 times and received no response. I lived in DC for many years and remember this hotel fondly, but I will never stay there again and will advise everyone I know not to either.
