Hyatt Dulles

quick shuttle bus from arrivals to the Hyatt. Hotel room was bigger than expected. Very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly on arrival. Easy to book an out of hours shuttle which arrived on time. All in all - good experience for a connecting flight from London to LA via Dulles

Sadly, one of the worst Hyatt properties I have ever experienced. Terrible food, unreliable elevators, water and cooling issue in the room, ridiculously unreliable elevators (12th floor), the worst Internet performance I have seen in ten years (in every area), gym would have been nice if more things worked (or even had weight labeling). Staff were nice, however, and did the best they could. And bed was very nice and room layout was thoughtful and functional as well. If cheap enough and you don't get a higher floor, and if they address at least some of these issues, this property could be turned around. But I am surprised it is still even considered a Hyatt, much less a Regency.

Great location near Dulles Airport. Accommodated an early check-in. Room was quiet. An excellent salad for lunch and an adequate breakfast. Airport transfer was timely. Good value for the money.
