Park Hyatt

We recently stayed at the Park Hyatt with our family and had a truly memorable experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, which gave us extra space and made our stay even more comfortable. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, offering a great mix of comfort and elegance. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough for a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches for families, which made traveling with kids so much easier. Dining options on-site were excellent, with fresh, well-prepared meals and great service throughout. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we'd happily return on our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, upscale stay.

Great hotel! My only comment would be to not take the "City View" if offered/upgraded. The "City View" is nothing more than narrow residential-style road looking directly at another hotel. Lots of daily noise. Maybe there is are quieter interior rooms?

Very sad to see the condition of the hotel. After many years of multiple stays and recommending to friends and family I was surprised by the overall decay of the hotel. Carpet everywhere is dirty, old, unkept. Walls need paint and wood trimings need maintenance. Upholstery needs replacing. Only saving grace is the excellent food. But suggest going for a meal, not staying until they do a major revamp.
