Phoenix Park Hotel

We hosted a corporate event at the Phoenix Park hotel and were incredibly pleased with our experience. The facilities are lovely and the meeting rooms are very nice. Hosting the event was easy with the help of Janice Washington, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was responsive and helped with all requests we had. It was conveniently situated next to Union Station for train travelers and connected to a wonderful DC Pub that is great to have next door. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the food served for our event was wonderful. We will host again here!

I’ve stayed at this hotel often and have always had the absolute best service. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s the only place I’m willing to stay in Washington.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Ms. Brenda Ford for her outstanding service and warm hospitality — she made our check‑in and check‑out smooth and enjoyable. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be to include an electric kettle in the rooms and add more laundry facilities, as these would make future stays even more convenient.
