Quality Inn & Suites

We have stayed here a few times as is near kids and grandkids, Current stay will likely be last. Despite having prepaid the rooms, staff wanted to charge Visa again for the rooms when we checked in. After some discussion, got that cleared up. Tonight, we came back to our room to find the room had not been cleaned, sheets not changed, towels not changed.

Clean room and friendly staff. We stayed here for a conference at the University and this was a good spot. While it wasnt the fanciest hotel, it definitely worked well for what we needed it for. We stayed in a room on the second floor, which was a bit noisy by the pool, but overall it was good.

I got bed bugs, and right away asked for a other room and they said no, so I asked for a refund and they were complaining... Really? I think is more easy to keep a customer than get a new one and definitely will get new hotel for my business meeting...
