Horrific do not stay here!!!! The rooms are dirty tv not working shower deplorable. Furniture damaged and bedspread stained. A/c disgusting. Demand refund but they are refusing. Checked in took pics of the room and immediately left. Do not book through Priceline because they have it listed as a 2 star ⭐️ it is a zero

These people are horrible! The lady at the desk mostly was very rude. She speaks in Spanish vulgarly and has no hospitality.You can’t even get a refund.Worst hotel and also dirtiest I ever been in.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. I drove 16 hours for friends and family day at CNU. The owner charged me $1 deposit for a key card. Booking gave me a room upgrade. I was told at check-in there is no room upgrade and all of the rooms are the same. I asked for towels because I only had one set for two days. I was told housekeeping has left and he does not have towels even though he is the owner. I didn't have tissue and asked for tissue and was told to wait until the morning. The sheets had cigarette burns, the carpet was filthy and the bathtub was dirty. The towels were dingy. Also the water wasn't warm for a shower.
